Abstract
A capability to adapt Schmallenberg virus to continuous cell cultures of different origin was investigated. The evidence of virus adaptation was established in continuous cell cultures BHK-21, porcine kidney, Vero, ovine kidney and Mark-145. The more efficient cell cultures were ВНК-21, PK and Vero. The aforementioned cell cultures could be of interest when choosing sensitive systems for cultivation of the agent for the purpose of receiving active virus-containing material.

Abstract
In recent decades the contraction of necrobacillosis by cattle is a serious inhibitor on the way of successful development of dairy and beef raising. All hopes of the disease prevention, as the disease is infectious one, are focused on veterinary science and activities of veterinarians. Guided by the recognized insight into infectious pathology they make many efforts to develop different medicinal drugs for its treatment and specific prevention. However, the level of necrobacillosis incidence among production animals does not decrease but even more and more increases from year to year.

Abstract
A molecular cloning of African swine fever virus k205r and b602l genes in £ coli was carried out. The expression and purification conditions ensuring high yield of recombinant proteins were optimized. Dissolved recombinant proteins were purified by metal-chelate affinity chromatography using Ni-NTA-agarose («Qiagen»). Recombinant antigens are biologically safe, easier to prepare and ensure higher ELISA specificity. The purified protein yield from 100 ml off. coli culture was 1,5 mg for pK205R and 2 mg for pB602L.

Abstract
The data on studying immunogenic activity of the inactivated vaccine produced on the basis of avian adenovirus isolate FAdV-2 are demonstrated in the paper. The dynamics of antibody accumulation in chicken blood is shown. The high resistance of immunized chicks to homologous virus (FAdV-2) infection and lack of protection against heterologous virus (FAdV-4) infection are also demonstrated.

Abstract
Method of identification ofT- and B-lymphocytes in chickens and their subpopulations by flow cytofluorometric analysis using BD FACSVerseTM was developed. Method of lymphocytic gate extraction with control of leukocyte common antigen CD45 and monocytic antigen expression was determined. Antibody panels for immunophenotyping lymphocytes when testing chicken cell mediated immune response were selected and tested. They enable to determine a relative number of T- and B-lymphocytes, T-helpers and T-cytotoxic cell populations in blood and chicken lymphoid organs. The paper demonstrates specificity and reproducibility of the developed method of identification of chicken lymphocyte subpopulation.

Abstract
Latex-agglutination preparations were produced for detection of antibodies to infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus of salmon with analytical sensitivity of 0,9 цд/ті. While testing 40 blood samples using latex-agglutination test the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 92 and 100%, respectively. The latex-agglutination is a simple and rapid test; it can be used for retrospective diagnostics of the disease and determination of the titer of antibodies to the virus under conditions of a veterinary laboratory and even a fish farm.

Abstract
The epidemic situation on aquaculture diseases worldwide is of relevance for our country as this information makes it possible to imagine a risk of infection spread among countries and to determine effectiveness of necessary measures aimed at prevention of these diseases spread in territories of neighboring and other countries. The epidemiological monitoring is the basis for rational planning and effective arrangement of measures for controlling fish infectious diseases.
