Некоторые белки острой фазы при воспалительных процессах, в том числе в молочной железе коров (обзор)

Аннотация

Введение. Врожденный иммунитет контролируется сложной сетью активирующих и регуляторных механизмов. Одним из важнейших факторов этой регуляции является реакция острой фазы в печени. В ответ на инфекцию или повреждение тканей в течение нескольких часов в печени резко меняется характер синтеза белка: повышается экспрессия так называемых положительных и отрицательных белков острой фазы. Наиболее широкое применение идентификация специфических белков получила в диагностике и оценке повреждений тканей организма человека, в том числе при воспалительных процессах, благодаря тому, что их концентрация быстро растет и значительно меняется при различных патологических процессах. Однако особенностью большинства белков острой фазы является неспецифичность по отношению к первопричине воспаления. Данный фактор обуславливает редкое использование в ветеринарии белков острой фазы в качестве основного диагностического теста для выявления конкретного заболевания.

Цель исследования. Обобщение данных по наиболее широко применяемым белкам острой фазы в клинической практике, а также изучение результатов имеющихся исследований в ветеринарии по исследованию белков острой фазы в диагностике воспалительных заболеваний, в том числе в молочной железе коров.

Материалы и методы. Систематизацию и обобщение в литературный обзор проводили с использованием элементов заявления PRISMA. В качестве инструмента для оценки методологического качества систематических обзоров и метаанализов использовали методику AMSTAR. Поиск и отбор оригинальных публикаций проводили на электронных ресурсах Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, MedLine, ScienceDirect, eLibrary.

Результаты. В статье рассмотрены наиболее изученные белки острой фазы воспаления, описаны их основные эффекты. Установлено, что на данный момент изучено около 40 различных белков плазмы, которые относятся к белкам острой фазы. В ветеринарии при диагностике различных заболеваний, сопровождающихся воспалительным процессом, наиболее важными белками острой фазы являются С-реактивный белок, сывороточный амилоид A, гаптоглобин, альфа-1-кислый гликопротеин и липополисахарид-связывающий белок. Приведены данные по исследованию белков острой фазы у коров при воспалении в молочной железе.

Заключение. С помощью проведенного метаанализа выявлены наиболее значимые белки острой фазы, которые могут служить диагностическими маркерами мастита у коров, к ним относятся: сывороточный амилоид A, гаптоглобин, альфа-1-кислый гликопротеин и липополисахарид-связывающий белок.
