Характеристика изолята аденовируса птиц FAdV4/6/2009

Аденовирус птиц был изолирован из печени 154-суточных кур одного из хозяйств Краснодарского края в 2009 г. Вирус выделили на культуре клеток гепатомы петуха Леггорн с проявлением цитопатического действия и идентифицировали методом ПЦР с последующим секвенированием фрагмента гена гексона как аденовирус птиц вида С. При экспериментальном пероральном заражении 7-суточных бройлеров развивался синдром гидроперикардита.
