Субкультивирование монослойных культур клеток проводили в пластиковых флаконах в течение пяти пассажей и заражали вирусами оспы овец и оспы коз. Показано, что производственные штаммы «ВНИИЗЖ» вируса оспы овец и «ВНИИЗЖ 2003» вируса оспы коз успешно размножаются как в первичной культуре, так и в субкультуре клеток почки и тестикул ягненка и козленка. Активность полученных вирусов оспы овец и оспы коз после пяти пассажей достигала 5,5–6,0 lg ТЦД50/см3. Учитывая, что современные условия выращивания клеток позволя­ют субкультивировать первично трипсинизированные популяции до 25–30 пассажей, для получения в произ­водственных масштабах вирусов оспы коз, оспы овец и в научных исследованиях наряду с перевиваемыми линиями можно использовать и субкультуры.  </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Results of tests of sheep and goat poxviruses for their reproduction in primary and subcultured cell cultures derived from lamb and goat kid kidneys and testicles are presented. Monolayer cultures were subcultured by 5 passages in plastic vials and infected with sheep and goat poxviruses. It was shown that production ARRIAH strain of sheep pox virus and ARRIAH 2003 strain of goat pox virus successfully propagated both in primary lamb and goat kid kidney and testicle cell cultures and lamb and goat kid kidney and testicle cell subcultures. Activity of sheep and goat poxviruses passaged 5 times was 5.5–6.0 lg TCID50/cm3.
