В рамках мониторинговых мероприятий, проводимых Федеральной службой по ветеринарному и фи­тосанитарному надзору Российской Федерации, в референтную лабораторию вирусных болезней птиц ФГБУ «ВНИИЗЖ» (г. Владимир) в период с 2017 по 2018 год было доставлено 60 697 проб сыворотки крови от домашних и 581 проба от диких и синантропных птиц из 34 регионов РФ. В результате лабораторных исследований антитела к вирусу гриппа типа А были вы­явлены в личных подсобных хозяйствах граждан Смоленской области и Республики Крым, гриппа А/Н5 – в Алтайском крае, Ростовской и Калининградской областях, к вирусу гриппа А/Н9 – в Приморском крае. Антитела к вирусу гриппа А/ Н9 также были выявлены у невакцинированных кур в двух птицеводческих предприятиях Приморского края в 2018 году. В личных подсобных хозяйствах граждан субъектов Российской Федерации, где проводится плановая вакцинопрофилактика гриппа птиц А/Н5, установлен недостаточный уровень иммунитета.
