Вакцины, вне зависимости от способа применения, снижали двигательную активность слизистой оболочки трахеи птиц на 5–9% с 3-х по 7-е сут после прививки. При этом окулярное применение вакцин у незначительного количества цыплят вызывало развитие односторонних серозных конъюнктивитов с благоприятным исходом. Оральная вакцинация не вызывала каких- либо клинических изменений у птиц. При серологическом мониторинге был выявлен более ранний и напряженный иммунный ответ у птиц, привитых окулярным способом. Требуемый уровень серопротекции в опытных группах превысил минимальное значение (80%) начиная с 16-х сут после вакцинации. При оральном применении срок формирования иммунного ответа зависел от величины иммунизирующей дозы вакцинного препарата. При этом вакцина отечественного производства по безвредности и иммуногенному действию не уступала импортным аналогам.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Humoral immune response and ciliary activity of tracheal mucosa of poultry, vaccinated against infectious laryngotracheitis using ciliostatic test, was studied. Regardless of the vaccination route the vaccines decreased the ciliary activity by 5–9 % on Days 3 to 7 post vaccination. Herewith the vaccine ocular application in some chicks induced oneeye serous conjunctivitis, which resolved subsequently. Oral vaccination did not cause any clinical changes. Serological monitoring revealed an earlier and stronger immunity in poultry vaccinated by ocular route. The required seroprotection level in test groups was higher than the minimal value (80%) starting from Day 16 post vaccination. The period of immunity development after oral vaccination correlated with the vaccine dose volume.
