Отработаны условия экспрессии и очистки, обеспечивающие высокий выход рекомбинантныхбел ков. Очистку растворенных рекомбинантных бел ков проводили методом металл-хелатной хроматографии с применением Ni-NTA-agarose («Qiagen»). Рекомбинантные антигены биологически безопасны, более технологичны в приготовлении и обеспечивают более высокую специфичность ИФА.
