Признаки адаптации вируса были установлены в перевиваемых культурах клеток ВНК-21, ПС, Vero, ПО и Mark-145. Наиболее продуктивными оказались культуры клеток ВНК-21, ПС и Vero. Указанные линии культур клеток могут представлять интерес при выборе чувствительных систем для культивирования данного возбудителя с целью получения активного вируссодержащего материала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A capability to adapt Schmallenberg virus to continuous cell cultures of different origin was investigated. The evidence of virus adaptation was established in continuous cell cultures BHK-21, porcine kidney, Vero, ovine kidney and Mark-145. The more efficient cell cultures were ВНК-21, PK and Vero.
