В ходе испытаний был правильно определен инфекционный статус всех закодированных проб. Результаты испытаний свидетельствуют о том, что разработанные и используемые в лаборатории тест-системы на основе ИФА и ПЦР обладают высокой чувствительностью и специфичностью и обеспечивают достоверные результаты при проведении диагностики африканской чумы свиней.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Results of participation of the FGBI «ARRI АН» Reference Laboratory for Highly Dangerous Diseases in the XI International Proficiency Testing on African Swine Fever Diagnostics arranged by the European Union Reference Laboratory for ASF (URL-CISA-INIA, Madrid, Spain) are described in the paper. As part of the testing the infectious status of all coded samples was correctly determined.
